  • Why should I rent a photo booth?
    Having a photo booth at your event provides a ton of fun and entertainment which is customized for your guests and it also preserves your memories in a candid way!
  • How much does it cost to rent a photo booth?
    Photo booth rental prices can vary based on the package. Our standard "drop and go" package starts at 299 for 3 hours. Premium and Elite Package, please contact us.
  • How does the photo booth work?
    Our photo booth works with the push of a button! Pick your props, press the red button and the countdown begins. Once you’re done, you can share it to your social media, and if included in your package, your photos the file is sent to the printer and the print is ready in about 10 seconds.
  • How many photos do we get?
    During your rental time you can take as many photos as possible! There is no limit to the number of photos or photo sessions.
  • Set-up Requirement
    We need a 10’x10’x10’ space with a solid floor, overhead covering, and access to a three-pronged outlet to accommodate your guests and make sure they have the best experience with our photo booth. This 10’x10’x10’ space includes the height of any overhead covering/ceiling in the designated photo booth area to accommodate our 8-foot backdrops.
  • How many people can use the photo booth at once?
    For each photo booth picture session approximately 12 people can squeeze in at a time.
  • Do we get prints?
    Absolutely! The photo booth prints out 2 copies 2 by 6 inches, which is the photo booth industry standard . If you would rather have a postcard style print, we offer that as well.
  • You said we get prints; how long does that take?
    Once your photo session is completed the file is sent to the printer. That takes about 1 second. The printer then processes the file and begins printing, and that takes about 10 seconds. By the time the print is in your hand it is under 12 seconds total. The most common thing we hear after we hand someone their print is “Oh, wow… That was fast!”
  • Do we get the digital photo booth files?
    YES! We give you copies of every photo taken as well as the finished strip digital copy. For Standard Drop and Go package - it's all digital copies, print out is extra.
  • Can you send the photos to my guest's phone via text or sms or email?
    Yes, our photo booth software offers your guest the opportunity to enter their phone number or email address to get a digital copy of the images.
  • What time do you arrive to set up the photo booth?
    Typically we arrive 1 hour prior to the agreed upon start time. This allows us time to find a spot for the photo booth to be set up, unload, and initialize the photo booth. We close the booth after the agreed upon number of hours you rent the photo booth then start packing up. You never pay for setup or teardown of the equipment.
  • Where can I find my photo booth pictures?
    We will send you an email with access to the images a day or two after your event. You can share the images with friends and family! There will be an online gallery as well on our website which you will have an access using a passcode for privacy.
  • Do you provide props?
    Yes! All our props are curated and top of the line in the industry.
  • What packages do you offer?
    Our packages start at 3 hours and increase in one hour increments. Please check the inclusions on our photobooth page . If you have something special in mind that is out of the box and want to implement it with your rental, just let us know!
  • What about the custom templates?
    Each event has a custom made template and overlay. We design them in house 1-2 weeks before your event. If you have a special logo (like from a wedding invite) or a colour scheme in mind, let us know and we can incorporate that into the template. Once we create the first draft we will send you a copy to review at which point you can let us know what you think. Sometimes we nail it on the first shot, others we will have to go back and make some adjustments. Once you’re happy with the final product, we upload it to the photo booth for your day!
  • Does someone come with the rental?
    The attendant is there to interact with your guests, make sure they’re having a good time, using the photo booth correctly, and taking their prints with them. They perform all the set up and take down of the photo booth and can tend to any issues that may crop up. However, for the Standard Drop and Go package, we set it up for you and come back after your event. There are events that they want to be more private and do not want outsiders to be around and we respect that.
  • Are there Travel or Delivery Fees?
    All events receive free travel within 30 miles of Moncton, New Brunswick. Any mileage that exceeds this distance will be charged a flat rate $44.00.
  • How much room do you need?
    Ideally we have an area approximately 10×10 feet. We can work with less, and it’s just a little tighter.
  • Does the venue need to provide anything?
    Nope! As long as there's power, we're all set!
  • Are the backdrops included?
    Yes! Our standard backdrops are included with EVERY photo booth package to assist in elevating your event experience and to get cohesive photo booth captures with every shot. We also offer premium backdrop with a fee.
  • How long before my event should I book the photo booth?
    Photo booths are quite popular and we have a fixed number of weekends in any given year, so ideally you book as early as you can. We currently offer 3 different photo booths (with a couple people on standby) which means we can often accommodate a “last minute” booking. With that said, we still need to create a template, video and overlay for you and that can take some time. So in short, book as early as you can, but even if it’s last minute, give us a call.
  • Do you offer a 360 booth?
    We now offer a new 360 video booth for you and your guests to enjoy! Each 360 session gives your guests a fun video with music delivered right to their cell phone! Check it out on our page! It's the guests' favorite!
