Q: How do I book a service?
Simply fill out our contact form with your event details (date, time, location, and preferred service). We’ll confirm availability and send you the booking link.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your date. Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. The balance is due 7 days before the event.

Q: Can I customize the setup?
Absolutely! We can match your event’s theme or branding with custom templates, props, and backdrop options.

Q: Do you travel outside Moncton?
Yes! We serve Moncton and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply based on distance.

Photobooth

Q: What’s included in the photobooth rental?
All packages include:

  • Unlimited sessions during your rental time

  • Friendly on-site attendant(s)

  • Fun themed props

  • A customized photo template

  • Digital gallery after the event

Our Premium Package also includes instant prints and digital sharing for guests.

Q: Can guests get printed and digital copies?
Yes! Printed and digital copies are included in our Premium Package. Guests can instantly take home their photos, and a digital gallery is shared after the event.

Q: How much space is needed for the photobooth?
A: We need approximately 6ft x 6ft and access to a power outlet.

Q: How long does setup take?
A: We arrive around 1 hour before your event to set up and test everything.

360 Video Booth

Q: How does the 360 video booth work?
Guests stand on a platform while our camera rotates around them, capturing a slow-motion video with effects and music. It's perfect for creating viral moments!

Q: What’s included in the 360 booth rental?
Each rental includes:

Q: What flower wall designs are available?
Our premium silk flower wall options include:

Q: Can I rent a flower wall without booking a booth?
Yes! Flower walls can be rented on their own for events, photography sessions, or brand activations.

Q: What size are the flower walls?
A: Each flower wall is approximately 8ft x 8ft. Whites can be combined if you need a wider backdrop.

Q: Do you deliver and set it up?

A: Flower wall rentals are self-serve pickup and return by default. If you'd prefer delivery and setup, we can arrange that for a small fee.
